Logistics of Coaching with LHK Insight:

Your coaching experience can be tailored to you, your team or your company. It can be set up as one-on-one coaching or team coaching. Coaching can be done in person or by phone - both methods are highly effective. Research has shown that maximum benefit is achieved when coaching sessions are held on a regular basis over a sustained period of time. Typically, but not always, coaching occurs once per week for 50 minutes for 10-12 weeks. At the end of the initial period, the coach, client and/or sponsor meet to discuss next steps. All coaching is strictly confidential except as required by law or for safety reasons.
